Shipping Policy

Please allow 48 hours to process your order if your order is placed Monday to Friday. You will receive an initial order confirmation email this is not confirmation of shipping. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email regarding shipment details. This will include your order tracking ID.

You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website. Orders placed over the weekend and/or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During public holidays, processing times may vary and may take up to 3 business days - excluding standard shipping times.

VAT,Duties, Taxes & Border Charges 

International orders may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As the customer, you are responsible for the payment of any such fees. If this is a concern, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns Policy

You are welcome to return your madre natura garments, for a store credit only.

Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

To return to a madre natura garment, they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached with associated, original packaging.

Garments received with make-up marks will not be accepted for exchange or mn_Credit Note as all returned garments need to be in a re-saleable state.

madre natura reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy above.

How to make a return?

Step 1 - Email us within 7 days of receiving your order stating the reason for your return. Please include all details of the item you wish to return.

We are unable to reserve items, if you would like to exchange for a new size, please make a new purchase, and we will refund your original (exchange item) when it is returned.

Step 2- You will receive a returns authorisation number (RA#). Without this number the return will not be accepted. Must ship via a trackable method and provide the tracking details to madre natura.

Step 3 - The item is inspected based on our conditions in the returns policy. This typically takes 3-7 business days when the items arrive at madre natura and you will be notified by email the outcome.

Faulty or incorrect items

In the rare case you have received an item with a defect please contact us immediately at email with a brief description with a photo or two showing the defect/fault.

We do not cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty, or we shipped the incorrect item. We are not liable for the loss of garments in return transit.
