Size: We understand the human form comes in many shapes and sizes, we love you and your body so we are here to help. See the size guide on the product page and read the product details for each style if you need help with figuring out which size to order please email us before you place your order.

Ordering: When making an order, you must follow the instructions on the website as to how to make your order and for making changes to your order before you submit it. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the website, please email us asap.

Payments: We accept Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, After-pay, Apple Pay, Pay Pal. All charges are in Australian dollars (AUD). GST is included in the RRP. Afterpay is available to Australian and New Zealand Residents.

Discounts: If you sign up to join the mn journey on the footer of our website, we gift you 10% discount code for your first-time customers only + free shipping for Australian residents. The discount code is valid once only. Please email if you have any questions.

Pre-Orders & Made To Order: When making a pre-order purchase check the slow fashion tab on the product page for the estimated delivery date, then you must pay the full amount at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email that your order will be processed. All pre-order will be dispatched on the week of the dispatch date to each location. Once dispatched you will receive an email with shipping/tracking information. If your product is not sent for some reason within two weeks of the dispatch date you will receive full refund.

Made To Order: Please email ASAP if you require bespoke fit for example Jackie Gown & Daisy Gowns. ETA: 8-16 weeks

VAT, duties and taxes for international shipping: International orders may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As the customer you are responsible for payment of any such fees. If this is a concern, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns: You are welcome to return madre natura garments for mn_Store Credit only.

Exchanges: We are unable to facilitate exchanges through our online store, if you wish to exchange your purchase for an alternative item we recommend requesting a return for a mn_Store Credit Note to place your new order. Follow steps here

Delivery: Please allow 48 hours to process your order if your order is placed Monday - Friday. You will receive an initial order confirmation email this is not confirmations of shipping. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email regarding shipment details. This will include your orders tracking ID. You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website. Orders placed over the weekend and/or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During public holidays, processing times may vary and may take up to 3 business days - excluding standard shipping times.
We will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising of the delivery. We do not wish for you to select ‘Authority to Leave’ In some cases, you may grant us an 'Authority to Leave' when placing your order. If you do, you understand and agree that this Authority to Leave gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave the order in question unattended by the front door – or, where applicable, at the reception or concierge's desk, or as per your instructions – of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.

mn_Mends: With every purchase you receive complementary mends for your products lifetime. Email with your alteration requirements - please see mn_Circular for the mends we offer. Free shipping only for Australian customers only.

mn_Care: With every purchase you receive a detailed care manual to ensure the longevity of your product. Once your order is shipped you will receive a seperate email regarding mn_Care.

mn_Besboke: Please email if you would like to custom make a madre natura product, we can work with you in a collaborative process to create your dream look using renewable materials and our brand values.

Collection of Data: Collecting client information such as your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card details is an integral part of providing many of the services. This data is used to manage and complete your orders, keep you up to date with promotional events, inform you of any changes to our website and/or stores and for retargeting purposes. madre natura does not sell, rent or disclose your details unless required to by law.

Website credit card security: Keeping your personal information private is important to us and we do this following both Australian Law & the EU GDPR. We are committed to protecting the privacy of any information provided by our customers.

Your rights: While information is sought from you for the sole purpose of improving our service levels, you have the right to either refuse to provide details about yourself or remain anonymous. Having said that, some of our services can only be provided if we have certain information. Your information may also be used to introduce other products that we believe might be of interest to you.
